Returning Policy
Returning sex toys is different than other items. Some manufacturers accept returns on opened boxes, but most don’t take used toys. We offer a 30 day return policy for new, unused merchandise and will give full refunds, less shipping, if you’re not satisfied. However, adult novelties, toys, and vibrators cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. The only exception is for manufacturer’s defects, in which case exchanges are allowed (see below).

If the product continues to malfunction, please reach out to us for a return authorization.
We regret that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Intimate apparel that has been opened or used
- Condoms
- Lotions
- Lubricants
- Supplements
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
About Refunding Shipping Charges
In the event that you receive an incorrect item or a damaged or defective item, we will cover any shipping charges associated with returning the product.
Should you need to return an item for a different reason than the ones listed above, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
